ООО «Корвет-Лайтс» создано в 1998 году как самостоятельное подразделение, занимающееся разработкой, постановкой на производство и внедрением светодиодной продукции в различные сферы применения, фактически везде есть традиционные лампы: - рекламные табло, декоративная подсветка, светодиодное освещение в широком спектре, специализированные источники света, имеющие ограниченную область применения (полупроводниковые светофоры для нужд РАО РЖД, светодиодный прожектор и буферная балка для локомотива, автодорожные светофоры).
Коллектив сотрудников Корвет-Лайтс сложился более 13-ти лет назад, в 1998 году и состоит из 30 человек. Средний возраст персонала 42 года. Опыт работы в оптоэлектронном производстве – более 10 лет. 5 членов коллектива имеют ученые степени, а также постоянно публикуются как в отечественных, так и в международных научных изданиях, принимают активное участие в научной жизни отрасли (участие в симпозиумах, круглых столах, выставках). В практической плоскости - сотрудники выполнили разработку и внедрили более 10 различных светотехнических изделий. Все разработанные полупроводниковые изделия запатентованы (сотрудники КБ являются авторами более двух десятков патентов) и выполнены на базе светодиодов собственного производства, с характеристиками которых Вы сможете ознакомиться на нашем сайте в разделе «Сверхяркие светодиоды». За этот период коллектив участвовал и участвует в выполнении ряда проектов связанных как с гражданской областью применения светодиодной продукции, так и связанных с ЖД транспортом:
1. Архитектурная подсветка в г. Москве, по заказу московского правительства:
- электронные часы на здании «Багратион» на Кутузовском проспекте;
- особняк Шехтеля на Садовом кольце;
- музей ВОВ на Поклонной Горе;
- подсветка фонтана в Парке Горького;
- подсветка группы фонтанов возле Киевского вокзала.
2. Замена железнодорожной ламповой световой сигнализации на полупроводниковую (совместно с Сименс AГ и Бомбардье) в следующих странах партнерах:
- Литва – 2006 г., 2008 г.;
- Беларусь – 2008 г.;
- Узбекистан – 2009 г.;
- Российские железные дороги (Октябрьская ЖД — около 500 светофоров в эксплуатации, Северокавказская ЖД, Горьковская ЖД).
Всего выпущено и установлено более 4500 светофоров.
Разработанный коллективом светоизлучающий диод (СИД), получивший широкое применение в описанных проектах, имеет уникальную конструкцию, позволяющую применять готовые изделия в температурном диапазоне от минус 60 градусов Цельсия, до плюс 80 градусов Цельсия, что не доступно ни одному производителю полупроводниковой техники в мире. Это позволяет применять этот СИД в ответственных изделиях с приемкой заказчика (например, военной приемкой). Коллектив обладает отработанной методикой исследования и детальной оценки любого светотехнического изделия и выдачи квалифицированного заключения о его качестве.
Специалисты КБ находится в постоянном творческом поиске, сейчас в работе находится несколько НИОКРов, по результатам НИОКРов предполагается подача около десятка патентов. Ведутся работы в стратегических, государственных направлениях: получение высокоэффективного твердотельного источника света, разработка энергосберегающих источников света. Большой спектр работ ведется в области железнодорожной светосигнальной техники совместно с ведущими институтами в этой области (ВНИИЖТ, ВНИСИ, ВНИИОФИ, ГОИ и др.). Разработан и передан в производство полупроводниковый ЖД светофор. Выполнен ряд разработок по модернизации световой сигнализации и по замене лампового освещения на светодиодное на подвижном составе, в кабине машиниста, а также во внешней сигнализации локомотива. Есть собственные наработки в области замены лампового освещения на интеллектуальное светодиодное, как на объектах железной дороги (вокзалы, станции, переезды, депо), так и на гражданских объектах (освещение улиц, подъездов, мест общественного пользования). Ведется совместная работа с компанией партнером в области энергетически автономного (солнечная батарея) источника света, особую актуальность данная работа имеет в областях, находящихся недалеко от экватора со стабильной солнечной активностью.
Более чем за 10 лет конструкторское бюро многократно перестраивалось в части адаптации нового оборудования, дополнения имеющейся производственной линии. Технический персонал КБ хорошо знаком и имеет опыт работы с оборудованием по СД производству ведущих европейских и азиатских производителей и обладает долгосрочными связями с заводами-партнерами (F&K Delvotec, Siemens, ASM, K&S).
В 2006 году было принято решение о строительстве серийного завода ЗАО НПО “РоСАТ” по производству полупроводниковой осветительной техники, сейчас завод запущен. Производство оборудовано последним, 6-ым поколением техники ведущих европейских брендов (Siemens, F&K Delvotec) и способно выпускать различную продукцию (от дискретных элементов до конечной продукции – полупроводниковых ЖД светофоров, светодиодных светильников различных типов и назначения). Оборудование завода уникально, разрабатывалось и производилось как совместный проект специалистов компаний SIEMENS, F&K Delvotec и КБ “Корвет Лайтс”, по заказу технического персонала КБ. Гибкая технологическая линейка позволяет быстро перестраивать завод на технологически другой тип изделия. Производственная мощность завода – 3 000 000 единиц (дискретных светодиодов) в месяц на однотипном изделии. Коллектив завода ЗАО НПО «РоСАТ» составляет – 120 человек.
ЗАО НПО «РоСАТ» – серийный завод, чья технологическая и производственная линейка по сборке светодиодной продукции, является самой оснащенной площадкой на данный момент в России и максимально адаптированной к производству изделий разработанных в ООО «Корвет-Лайтс».
